Inspection preparation:
1. Our sales team will reorganize all the follow-up records of customers and us, make a written summary of customers’ requirements, and print out the markers and pictures required by customers for inspection needs. Note: The modification points of the customer’s sample sheet feedback to us need to be listed as the focus of the inspection;
2. Prepare paper inspection report template and AQL II sample sheet.
Inspection tools:
Tape measure
Measures whether the actual product size is consistent with the size prepared for the customer; Measure whether the actual packing specifications are consistent with the previously communicated data. If the data is inconsistent, it may result in the container not being filled or the product quantity exceeding the limit, which may cause trouble.
Scale
Measures the gross and net weight of bulk products. If the data is different from the previous statistics, it needs to be updated and adjusted in a timely manner. You should know that containers have weight limitations. At the same time, it is necessary to compare the weight difference between the actual bulk sample and the sample to prevent the factory from cutting corners in certain areas.
Tape
Tape is used to test the firmness of screen printing. Unreliable logo printing can affect brand value.
Arror Sticker
When we inspect a product, it is difficult for us to see any defects at a glance. Arrow labels can assist in quickly identifying product defects.
Camera/Phone
Shoot the entire machine and outer box of the product from various angles. We can also record defects for improvement.
Panton color card
If the customer has a color customization requirement, we can test whether the physical sample meets the customer’s color requirements by comparing it with the standard Pantone color card.
Laptop/Notebook
Timely record factory inspection reports and product improvement points.
Barcode Scanner (cell phone software)
In order to ensure the smooth warehousing of products with warehousing needs (such as Amazon FBA), we can identify the barcode in the early stage.Superstore or Amazon customer inbound passability confirmation
